 Bandoni, Inc. was started in 1980 by Pete Bandoni, a Merced farmer, who believed there was a local need for real estate brokers who had an in-depth knowledge of agricultural properties. He used this knowledge of soils, irrigation, water, equipment, and crop maintenance to build a strong foundation, becoming a leading realtor in agricultural land sales. Bandoni, Inc. specializes in the sale of ranches, orchards, rural residences and land. With the growth of Merced, the company has also expanded into sales of development land and non-rural residences.
Through the years, Pete has built a strong reputation through a commitment to ethical and professional dealing. Pete is a past president of the Merced County Association of Realtors and has served on various committees for both the local board and the California Association of Realtors. He is fluent in both Spanish and Italian.
Pete has lived in Merced for 63 years. He is assisted in the business by his wife Vicki, a licensed real estate agent. They have three grown children.
Vicki Bandoni has been a licensed real estate agent since 1989. Her primary focus has been the sale of residential homes. Vicki also plays a vital roll in the management of Bandoni Realty managing the companies MLS listing and acting as the company technical advisor.
